Convention Exhibitor Raffle

Interested in enticing attendees to your exhibit table and capture their email addresses? Host a RAFFLE! 

If your company intends to giveaway a prize let NJDA support your efforts. Complete the below form no later than May 1, 2025 and the NJDA will:

  • Include your company, table location & raffle prize in our on-site guide.
  • Provide an 11"x17" easel back color sign for your table.
  • Call the winning ticket during the Exhibit Encore Reception and send the winner to your table to pick up their prize.

Must be an on-site representative

I agree our organization is solely responsible for transporting the prize to the convention, storing and handling on-site and awarding the prize at the convention. I will provide a means to capture contact information, tickets and a container to hold ticket submissions.

This form must be submitted by May 1st, 2025, to take advantage of NJDA's promotional support.
