For the first time in NJDA history we are hosting the 2025 Annual Convention in central New Jersey. Join us on May 16th & 17th at the Bridgewater Marriott as we bring back a multi-day conference. Conveniently located making this two-day convention more accessible to our members and their dental teams.

In 2025 we are targeting early career dentists including those new to New Jersey with our NEW Licensee Event. Practice owners, hygienists and assistants in need of education license requirements. And we’re hosting a NEW Celebration Reception like it's never been done before. You don’t want to miss this convention!

The following sponsorship opportunities offer a variety of engagement options. Each can be customized to the benefit of the sponsor. The NJDA team is committed to seeking ROI for supporting companies while sharing quality resources that benefit dental professionals. *Please note, a sponsor does not need to be an exhibitor. We will accommodate sponsors independent of exhibiting, but a sponsor may add an exhibit space at a discounted rate.
Platinum Convention Sponsorship
$10,000- Exclusive headline sponsor. Includes all Gold Sponsor benefits, exclusive sponsorship of the exhibit floor breakfast and lunch. Logo branding on convention bags featured with NJDA. Post convention acknowledgment via email.
Gold Convention Sponsorship
$3,500 (2 of 2 SOLD)- Non-exclusive. Includes convention branding, signage at the convention, pre-convention marketing and included in post convention communications. Also includes introduction at the beginning of the convention day.
Lanyard Sponsor
$1,200- Brand your logo on our attendee lanyards. Each attendee will wear your brand during the two-day convention. Mobile exposure!
NJDA Celebration Reception
SOLD- Friday May 16 from 7:00pm - 11:00pm. Taking place at the Bradford (AC Hotel). 6 months of brand promotion on the NJDA website, social media, digital communications, etc. 2 tickets to the event. Branded signage at the convention and Bradford event. Post event acknowledgment via email.
NJ New License Reception
SOLD- Friday, May 16 from 11:30am - 12:00pm on the exhibit floor. License recognition and awards, acknowledgment at the start of the program. Post program email promotion sent to New Dentists and award recipients.
Photographer Sponsor
SOLD- Two day official sponsorship of our convention photographer. 1 month advertisement on the NJDA Paparazzi Page (the most visited page on our website!) Instagram photo frame branded with the convention and "tagged" with your company logo.
Saturday Breakfast Sponsor
$1,200- Saturday, May 17. Exclusive sponsor of Saturday's breakfast and programming. Logo branding and signage. Introduction at the beginning of the programs. 2 representatives are invited to participate (there is no exhibit floor, these reps will have exclusive access)
Resource Workshops
$1,900 (3 of 4 SOLD)- Premium locations on the exhibit floor. Brief topics addressed by industry thought leaders. Small chat sessions for 15 minutes or less, no CE. Includes signage, additional branded promotion, independent social media and email promotions for 6 months. Four workshop areas are available.
