Thank you for exhibiting at NJDA's 2025 Annual Convention. Please complete and submit this form no later than May 1st, 2025. Each exhibit space includes the following:
- 6' table w 2 chairs and a tabletop sign.
- 2 exhibitor badges including continental breakfast and lunch
- Free wifi
- *ACCESS TO A POWER OUTLET is only available to exhibitors that contracted for a table with power. Exhibitor must provider extension cords.
Each representative must be identified with individual contact information.
Please note, the NJDA will be providing bags to all attendees. Our dentists love swag! We recommend exhibitors provide marketing materials, samples, swag or at the very least business cards.
