Superior Court of NJ Denies Motion by SmileDirectClub to Dismiss Complaint

On Friday, March 29, 2019, the Superior Court of New Jersey denied a motion by SmileDirectClub and two dentist defendants to dismiss a Complaint filed against them by the New Jersey Dental Association and Dr. Scott Galkin to enjoin dishonest and unfair competition. The Court directed an answer to the Complaint be filed within 20 days.
