Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey displays your practice information in our Online Doctor & Hospital Finder, so members can easily choose a dentist from their plan’s network.

Horizon Traditional Network dentists are now in-network for Horizon Young Grins, Horizon Family Grins and Horizon Family Grins Plus plans for members under age 19 years, effective January 1, 2019.

These plans are available to Individual subscribers and include stand-alone pediatric dental coverage. Visit the Products tab on HorizonBlue.com/dental to learn more.
