Today, the NJ Senate is expected to take action on S.2507, that would prohibit the practice of leasing its dental provider networks to other carriers without the knowledge and express consent of the dentist. NJDA is urging its members to contact their Senator and tell them to vote YES on S.2507. The vote is expected around 2pm. Find your Senator here. Please find the NJDA’s Statement of Position that was distributed during the Senate Commerce Committee meeting last week where the bill passed unanimously 5-0.
