Course Description:
In today’s complex work environment, new employees need a thorough orientation to the dental practice, and training in specific in practice protocols. This is especially true for infection prevention and control protocols, as well as OSHA compliance. This process, known as onboarding, is a multi-step process that, when completed, helps to ensure that new team members can be effective and productive when performing their job functions. Learn what should be included in the onboarding process, how to develop an efficient onboarding process using video and other media, as well as standard operating procedures for job tasks and competency evaluations.
