While there are several ways to build an office fee schedule, one of the most comprehensive databases, and the one most often used by policymakers throughout the country, is Fair Health,  www.fairhealthconsumer.org. Fair Health uses data from 38 billion private records and 37 billion Medicare records for more than 10,000 healthcare codes, including dental to identify estimated fees for each procedure for which you may bill. You may want to consider this as a starting point when building out a fee schedule for your office.
